I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience with children, young adults and families. I help individuals identify negative patterns that block them from feeling good and looking forward to their future.

I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, grief/loss, stress, and women's issues. My practice focuses on utilizing mindfulness, EMDR, CBT and solution focused strategies.
